BODYGUARD FOR THE HIFI-COMPONENTS
The COMPONENT GUARD uses the innovative GIGA CANCELING technology to specifically eliminate internal interference fields that occur in HIFI-components. In contrast to conventional upstream filters, they actively work directly in the device, especially near the signal-carrying components.
The COMPONENT GUARD also neutralizes high-frequency interference in the immediate vicinity of the hi-fi components and thus protects the components from sound-damaging external interference – for an undisturbed signal flow.
SPEAKER AMP GUARD
Works actively and directly on the signal-carrying component.
The Speaker Amp Guards are connected to the connection terminal of the speaker or amplifier using simple plug-ins.
With their GIGA-CANCELING technology, they protect the sensitive components of the speaker crossover, the power amplifier and the speaker cable from sound-impairing electrical interference fields.

In the HiFi devices themselves, electrical interference fields are generated by power supply units, transformers, etc., which are located in the immediate vicinity of the signal-carrying components. In addition, the different power consumptions of the individual devices cause potential equalization currents that damage the sound. These are distributed to all devices via the cable connections. Furthermore, high-frequency interference from the environment radiates directly into the signal path of the devices via the cables and device housings and significantly impairs the playback quality.
Established solutions and their limitations:
In order to protect the sensitive audio signal inside the devices from interference, the developers of high-quality devices use particularly low stray field components or shielding housings to keep the interference fields inside the devices as low as possible. Mains filters and mains generators help to keep the external interference fields fed in via the mains away from the device. However, the internal interference fields produced by the device itself, which are located close to the audio signal, cannot be eliminated in this way.
High-frequency interference fields that radiate into the signal path from the environment via the housings of hi-fi devices and cables are not even detected by upstream filters.
Previous ground solutions reduce potential equalization currents by discharging them to protective earth or a common central earth potential. However, such ground solutions do not have any bidirectional connecting cables that would prevent the transmission of interference fields between the audio devices.
In addition, any discharge to protective earth opens another window through which interference on the protective earth can enter the audio system.
