WARRANTY TERMS
Schnerzinger warrants to you, the end customer, that the SCHNERZINGER product you have purchased is free from defects in material and/or workmanship under the terms of this manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to original purchasers and to products purchased through official Schnerzinger dealers or through channels authorized by Schnerzinger. The warranty period is 2 years and begins on the date of manufacture, but no later than the date of purchase of the Schnerzinger product. Optionally, you can extend the warranty period up to 5 years by registering your Schnerzinger product personally and non-transferably. The warranty extension of the product will be confirmed individually by Schnerzinger after registration.
This warranty is only valid if:
- the Schnerzinger product is operated in accordance with the operating instructions
- the Schnerzinger product is put into operation by a recognized electrician in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and recognized rules of technology (especially for fuses and sockets)
- the seal labels of the products are undamaged and no independent repair or maintenance measures – without prior consultation with Schnerzinger – have been carried out
Not covered and excluded from the warranty are
- Parts that need to be replaced due to wear and tear (e.g. braided fabric, shrink tubing)
- Faults caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions
- Faults and damage caused by external influences that were not assumed (e.g. frost, short circuits, improper storage, use of force, unusual stress & misuse). frost, short circuits, improper storage, the effects of force, unusual stress and use for purposes other than those intended)
- Faults resulting from improper repair work not commissioned by Schnerzinger
- Faults resulting from replacement parts or accessories being installed in the device or connected to the product that have not been approved by Schnerzinger.
If, contrary to expectations, a material and/or manufacturing defect should occur within the warranty period, this will be repaired free of charge by Schnerzinger itself or, if applicable, by Schnerzinger authorized service partners. It is at the sole discretion of Schnerzinger whether the defective product is repaired or replaced. Parts, devices or products replaced as part of warranty work become the property of Schnerzinger. Claims that go beyond the free rectification of defects, e.g. claims for damages, are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty services do not lead to an extension of the warranty period, nor do they start a new warranty period. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The warranty claim must be proven by presenting the proof of purchase and stating the corresponding Schnerzinger product ID number (serial number). Please keep all documents, certificates and ID numbers in a safe place.
This guarantee neither replaces nor restricts your statutory rights. Your warranty rights against the contractual partner for the purchase (dealer) of the Schnerzinger product remain unaffected.
